The product does the job, but there are limitations to this product.
- The slot to insert the phone is very tight. people with big phones are going to have a big challenge using this.
- I cannot switch to back-camera instantly. I need to remove my phone and then insert the phone again to use the back-camera.
- The click switch given is separate and needs to be kept somewhere safe or else the clicker will be lost.
- The product neck is unadjustable, it takes up more space and can be sensitive at times.
I shared all these limitations with the seller, but he couldn't understand because of the language barrier. He also tried to solve my problem to his best but couldn't. Nevermind, money wasted.
Delivered on time and working pretty well. I recommend the seller.
The tripod is a solid stand, and the Bluetooth remote is a very useful function, especially for recording sports events, the product justifies its price.
Used other models, but this is the best! Functional, with remote control included. Thank you!
